A DJ career that has taken him across the globe from California to Italy for parties and corporate events, DJing with big names such as Annie Mac, MistaJam (video below), Scott Mills, Zane Lowe, Kristian Nairn (Hodor – Game of Thrones), Big Narstie, Charlie Sloth and more. Aamir (AKA DJ Smiles) has since founded "Beats & Smiles" and now focuses exclusively on weddings, parties, corporate events and karaoke nights with a variety of services and packages.

Aamir initially made his name as Birmingham City University’s Resident DJ before creating "Beats & Smiles" and now gigs nationally and internationally.

Short reel performing with some great bands: Dammit Jack, Lick Squid, Dirty Bomb, and the world famous Bhangra group "The Live Experience Band" (with world famous guest singers Malkit Singh, Silinder Pardesi, JK, AS Kang, Bhujhangy and more). We also provide sound engineering services for live music.
